NATURAL: Soft flour, ideal for the quick and easy production of traditional handmade bread, suitable for the simple mixers.  

 



ASSOS: Easy to use soft flour, for bread with high volume. This product
is suitable for bread making in simple mixers as well as in spiral mixers.

PRIMO:  Special strong white flour with high performance and exceptional volume. Primo is suitable for the production of white bread and bread products as well as for many patisserie uses.

EXTRA FINO: Our top flour from the selected durum wheat. Fine
milled for the tasty village bread with high absorption and volume,
bright yellow color and excellent flavor. It is suitable for spiral as well
as for simple mixers.

SUPER: Excellent strong flour for high volume products. Suitable for
rusts, toast and other similar bread products.

TOTAL: Whole meal flour from soft wheat. Rich in vegetable fibers
and proteins, suitable for the production of the brown bread and
